The RCC Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center is bringing you all the pleasures of the Hudson Valley farms & markets!
Our knowledgeable expert instructors will help you gain the skills and confidence so you’ll soon be cooking like a chef. Our pristine kitchens are newly designed state-of-the-art facilities that are the same ones used for outstanding culinary arts programs. We have a complete cooking station for every 2-3 students/guests. You will enjoy a hands-on cooking experience while eating the food you cook.
Our one-day classes and chef series classes explore a diverse array of topics like knife skills, grilling, vegetarian/vegan cooking, pickling & canning, and of course baking. We emphasize utilizing local ingredients of the Hudson Valley.
